Above-window decoration describes the practice of adorning the top of a window with polyurethane elements, aiming to highlight the window on a facade or in an interior. Polyurethane is lightweight and is mounted directly to the wall with adhesive and, where needed, screws; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted.
