Polyurethane Curved Arch with Ornate Keystone Model

The P1456D95VIC is a premium architectural element designed to frame doorways, windows, and passages with a classical aesthetic. Featuring a central decorative keystone adorned with detailed traditional relief carvings, this arch adds structural depth and a sophisticated focal point to both interior and exterior transitions. It serves as an ideal solution for projects aiming to replace flat, uninspired openings with defined, three-dimensional architectural statements.

Engineered with precise dimensions of 221 mm in depth, 1350 mm in width, and 771 mm in height, this curved arch is scaled for medium-to-large structural openings. It is manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), providing a solid, wood-like hardness while remaining remarkably lightweight. This low-weight characteristic ensures that the arch does not exert unnecessary structural load on your walls or facades. With a water absorption rate under 1%, the material is highly resistant to rot, swelling, and cracking, offering a highly durable alternative to plaster or MDF.

Visually, the product presents a clean, smooth semicircular profile that guides the eye toward the central trapezoidal keystone. The keystone features fine acanthus-inspired scrollwork and a central floral motif. This contrast between the clean, geometric lines of the arch and the deep, organic relief of the centerpiece creates a dynamic shadow play, enhancing the visual texture of any facade or entryway.

This versatile molding is highly suited for framing arched windows and main entrance doors on villa facades, or creating grand transition portals between hallways, dining rooms, and lounge areas. In commercial spaces such as boutique hotels, classical restaurants, or luxury lobbies, it serves as an elegant space divider. Its excellent moisture resistance also makes it suitable for covered patios, spas, and indoor pool transitions.

The arch is delivered with a factory-applied primer that prepares the surface for finishing. However, since paint manufacturers do not guarantee adhesion without their specific prep coats, applying an additional primer is optional and at the client\'s discretion. Polure does not accept liability for paint performance. Installation requires applying a high-quality polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive and mandatory mechanical fastening with screws. Finish by filling joints with an exterior-grade compound, sanding with 180-220 grit, and applying two coats of UV-resistant paint for outdoor durability.
