A polyurethane moulding is a thin, long, profiled decorative element that forms a horizontal or vertical line on wall and ceiling surfaces. It is used to separate wall sections, frame panels or emphasise the join between ceiling and wall. Polyurethane is light and is applied directly to the surface with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, will not crack or swell and can be painted. Compared with plaster moulding it has a lower risk of breakage and installs more quickly. Because the profile section is mould-cast, the same width and depth are kept along the whole length. Plain and patterned section options are available. Polure produces mouldings in a range of sections and lengths.
