A faux log is a decorative ceiling and wall element made from polyurethane that gives the look of a real tree trunk or log. With its round or half-section form, it is used as a ceiling beam or wall accent in rustic and country-style interiors. The polyurethane material is lightweight, resistant to moisture and insects, does not crack, swell or rot, and is fitted with mounting adhesive and screws without needing heavy structural support. Its paintable surface lets you achieve any wood tone or natural log colour. Because it is mould-produced, the bark and ring details look realistic and repeat on every piece.
