Polyurethane Rustic Wood Grain Wall and Ceiling Board

The P1927 decorative board is an advanced architectural solution designed to bring the warm, rugged charm of natural timber to modern spaces without the structural drawbacks of heavy logs. Mimicking the organic texture of aged wood with precision, this panel serves as a lightweight alternative for creating stunning ceiling beams, rustic wall cladding, and traditional trim details. Whether you are aiming for a cozy alpine chalet vibe or a striking contemporary-rustic contrast, this high-performance element provides an authentic visual impact.

Engineered from high-density rigid polyurethane, the board features dimensions of 26 mm in thickness, 3000 mm in length, and a generous 270 mm width. With a density of 150-220 kg/m³, it offers a solid, wood-like hardness while remaining exceptionally lightweight and easy to handle. Its closed-cell structure ensures a water absorption rate of under 1%, making it highly resistant to rotting, swelling, mold, and insect infestations. Furthermore, it exhibits excellent dimensional stability, maintaining its form without warping or shrinking in temperatures ranging from -20 °C / +70 °C.

Visually, the P1927 board showcases an incredibly detailed surface replicating deep wood grains, natural cracks, and weathered knots. Delivered with a factory-applied primer, the surface is perfectly prepared for custom finishing. Designers and installers can easily apply water-based or synthetic paints to match any design palette—from light oak to deep, charred walnut. This customizable surface texture allows you to achieve a realistic, premium timber aesthetic that is indistinguishable from real wood once installed.

This versatile panel is ideal for a wide range of interior and exterior applications. It can be used to wrap existing structural columns, construct faux ceiling rafters, or create eye-catching accent walls in residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and themed restaurants. Its moisture resistance also makes it highly suitable for covered patios, spa areas, and outdoor facades, provided it is coated with a UV-resistant paint to prevent discoloration from sunlight exposure.

Installation is straightforward and far less labor-intensive than working with real timber. The board can be cut, mitered, and drilled using standard woodworking tools. To mount, apply a high-quality polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive to the back, press it onto a clean, dry surface, and secure it mechanically with screws—which is mandatory for safe and permanent positioning. Fill the joints and screw holes with a compatible exterior-grade filler, sand with 180-220 grit sandpaper, and apply your choice of paint for a flawless finish.
