ceiling lighting profile

A ceiling lighting profile is a polyurethane decorative profile fitted to the ceiling that contains a recess for an LED strip. It is used to create a continuous line of light at the ceiling-to-wall junction or across the ceiling surface; the LED strip sits in the profile channel and the light is concealed and reflected. Polyurethane is lightweight and applied directly with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or warp, and can be painted. Because it is mould-cast, the profile cross-section stays constant, and pieces are joined to form a seamless line. Polure produces ceiling lighting profiles in various cross-sections and sizes.
