ceiling cornice
A ceiling cornice is a polyurethane profile element that creates a decorative band at the ceiling edge or across the ceiling surface. It is used to emphasise the ceiling-to-wall junction and give the ceiling a framed appearance. Polyurethane is lightweight and applied directly to the ceiling with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or warp, and can be painted. Because it is mould-cast, the pattern repeats along its length, and pieces are joined to form a seamless line. Polure produces ceiling cornices in various widths, patterns and sizes.
