Profesionalni korak-po-korak tehnički vodič za sigurnu i trajnu ugradnju poliuretanskih arhitektonskih profila na spoljašnjim fasadama.
Pravilna ugradnja fasadnih profila od poliuretana zahteva poštovanje strogih tehničkih pravila pripreme podloge, kontinuirano nanošenje konstrukcijskog lepka i pravilno zaptivanje dilatacionih spojeva.
Potreban Alat i Oprema za Rad na Visini
- Substrate Cleaning and Dry Surface Preparation — Inspect the wall substrate for stability, removing loose particles, dust, oil, or existing moisture. Ensure the facade surface is dry and level within acceptable construction tolerances before layout marking.
- Precision Layout and 45-Degree Miter Cutting — Measure installation lines precisely. Cut the rigid polyurethane profiles at 45-degree miter angles for corners and corner joints using a fine-toothed mechanical saw to ensure tight fitting connections.
- Continuous PU Adhesive Application — Apply a continuous, uninterrupted line of polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive along the back bonding tracks of the profile. Do not use silicone adhesive under any circumstances.
- Mechanical Anchor and Cross Screwing — Press the profile firmly against the wall and install mechanical stainless steel screws through the profile into the wall structure. Drive screws at opposing (cross) angles at all joint intersections to lock the miter seams.
- Putty Application and granulacija 180-220 Sanding — Fill all screw head indentations and joint seams with exterior polyurethane joint putty. After complete drying, sand the joint smooth using granulacija 180-220 sandpaper until the surface is seamless.
- System Priming and Double UV Topcoat Application — Apply an optional exterior system primer over sanded areas if desired. Finish the entire installation with at least two coats of elastic, UV-resistant exterior paint to protect against solar radiation and weathering.
Korak 1: Priprema Zida i Lasersko Sečenje
Podloga se čisti od prašine. Profili standardne dužine 2400-2440 mm seku se pod uglom od 45° uz uračunavanje otpada 10%. Vrši se suva provera na zidu pre nanošenja lepka.
Korak 2: Nanošenje Neprekidne Linije Lepka i Šrafljenje
Poliuretanski lepak montažno lepilo na bazi PU nanosi se u neprekidnim talasastim trakama. Na mestima sučeljavanja dva profila obavezno se ubacuju unakrsni nerđajući šrafovi radi mehaničkog osiguranja dok lepak ne veže (oko jedan sat).
Korak 3: Obrada Spojeva, Šmirglanje i Završno Farbanje
Spojevi se popunjavaju elastičnim fasadnim kitom, šmirglaju sa granulacija 180-220 i premazuju sistemskim prajmerom. Zatim se nanose dva sloja 100% akrilne fasadne boje sa UV filterom preko fabričkog prajmera beli jednokomponentni akrilni prajmer.
