Potreban Alat i Materijal

Laserom se iscrtavaju ose greda na plafonu. Na svakih 80 do 100 cm tiplovima se za plafon fiksiraju drvene paklice čija širina tačno odgovara unutrašnjem U-kanalu grede.

Korak 2: Sečenje Greda i Nanošenje Lepka

Grede standardne dužine 3000 mm seku se na tačnu meru. Lepak montažno lepilo na bazi PU se nanosi na gornje ivice grede i na kontaktne delove paklica.

Korak 3: Navlačenje Grede i Fiksiranje

Greda se odozdo navlači preko drvenih paklica i bočno osigurava sa dva fina kosa šrafa. Vreme sušenja lepka iznosi oko jedan sat.

Korak 4: Maskiranje Spojeva Gumenim Trakama

Poprečni spojevi dve grede prekrivaju se elastičnim dekorativnim gumenim trakama sa imitacijom kovanih zakivaka uz nanošenje lepka montažno lepilo na bazi PU.
