Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery: - All products are sold EX WORKS (ex factory): transport, customs handling and related costs are borne by the buyer. We assist with packing suitable for international freight. - Production lead time is confirmed with the order and depends on models and quantities. - Please inspect the shipment upon arrival and note any transport damage on the carrier's document before signing. Pricing: - Quoted prices cover only the products themselves; transport, unloading and installation are not included. - Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Returns: - Products are manufactured to order according to your specifications; returns for cancellation or change of mind are therefore not accepted. - If a proven manufacturing defect exists, contact us in writing with photographs; we will assess the case and arrange remedy or replacement. - Any additional return conditions are stated in the individual quote.
