It is intended to help architects, designers and contractors develop drawings with greater confidence when selecting rigid polyurethane decorative profiles. Download the relevant profile blocks or sections and place them in your CAD elevations and sections as appropriate for your design. The library is available in English, Turkish and Romanian versions. The following technical values and installation details are provided for the rigid polyurethane material and associated products: • Density 150-220 kg/m³ • Water absorption below 1% • Service temperature -100 °C / +80 °C • Fire class B2 (flame retardant) with phosphorus-based flame retardant additive • Factory primer white 1K acrylic primer • Mounting adhesive PU-based mounting adhesive • Typical cornice length 2400-2440 mm • Cutting-waste allowance: plain 10%; patterned 15%
