How production works
Polure’s plant covers 4,000 m² of indoor and 3,000 m² of outdoor production area. The company developed from plaster cornice production and installation into mould production for plaster manufacturers, making mould technology a core competence before polyurethane became the main material.
Moulds are made in-house from aluminium, silicone, epoxy or polyester, using 3D scanning and CNC. Artec Ray, Spider 2, Eva and Leo scanners, together with the XGRID point-cloud system, support surveys of existing profiles, façades and heritage details. Series production uses Hennecke polyurethane injection machinery for repeatable quality between batches. A true-to-scale 3D render can be prepared before tooling; visualisation and on-site survey services are paid and quoted separately in writing.
Custom production from a drawing, sample or scan
Profiles outside the catalogue can be produced with a new mould or machined on CNC. An existing profile may be reproduced from a physical sample, technical drawing or digital scan, including details captured from a façade or heritage element.
For an enquiry, send the available drawing, sample photographs, dimensions, scan data, required profile length, quantity and intended application. Polure reviews the information and prepares a written quotation for the required design, tooling and finished products. A true-to-scale render may be supplied at the design stage before tooling starts, as a separately quoted paid service.
Custom production is always quoted. Polure sells finished products and custom production, not moulds, machines or raw material.
Export and ordering process
Factory-direct orders for customers in other countries follow a documented process:
1. Send an enquiry with product codes, quantities and project details, or provide drawings for custom profiles.
2. Polure issues a written quote with the sales unit, any applicable minimum order, lead time and commercial details.
3. Pay 40% advance and receive order confirmation.
4. Polure completes production and prepares the goods for dispatch.
5. After packing, Polure provides the package count, dimensions and weights.
6. Goods are handed over ex-works to the buyer’s forwarder. The buyer is responsible for international transport and, where applicable, customs procedures, taxes and import costs. The buyer may use its own forwarder or request help finding one.
The balance is paid on delivery. Inspect the goods on arrival and record transport damage on the carrier’s document, then send photographs to Polure.
Working with distributors, contractors and architects
Polure works with distributors, retailers, applicators, contractors and architects seeking a direct manufacturing source for standard or project-specific polyurethane mouldings.
The company can review catalogue requirements, project quantities, profile selections, custom details and installation needs. Partnership conditions are provided on request through a written quote or meeting and are considered according to the project and business context.
Installation service can also be assessed according to project size and location and quoted on request. For a productive discussion, share the project location, product scope, drawings or profile references, estimated quantities and target procurement route.
Technical information and documents
The Downloads and technical documents page provides an AutoCAD DWG library of product profiles in Turkish, English and Romanian. Product pages show dimensions, the sales unit and a dimensioned drawing image. Dimensioned drawings in DWG or PDF format for individual products and specific projects are sent on request through the contact or quote channel.
There is no product technical data sheet and no BIM, Revit or IFC file. Material values are: density 150-220 kg/m³, water absorption below 1%, service temperature -100 °C / +80 °C, and fire class B2 (flame retardant) with phosphorus-based flame retardant additive. Products are supplied primed with white 1K acrylic primer, not as a finish coat.
Do you ship to my country, and how do export shipping and customs work?
Polure sells factory-direct and ships to customers in other countries. Goods are sold ex-works, so international transport and, where applicable, customs procedures, taxes and import costs are the buyer's responsibility. You may appoint your own forwarder or ask Polure for help finding one. Package counts, dimensions and weights are provided after packing.
Can you share the data sheet and DWG files?
A product technical data sheet is not available, but an AutoCAD DWG library of product profiles can be downloaded from the Downloads or technical documents page in Turkish, English and Romanian versions. Product pages show dimensions, the sales unit and a dimensioned drawing image. Dimensioned DWG or PDF drawings of individual products for a specific project can be requested through the contact or quote channel. BIM, Revit and IFC files are not available.
Can you make a custom polyurethane moulding from my drawing?
Yes, Polure can make a custom polyurethane moulding from a drawing, sample or digital scan. A profile outside the catalogue can be produced using a new mould or machined on CNC, and custom production is quoted in writing. Aluminium, silicone, epoxy and polyester moulds are made in-house for each product using three-dimensional scanning and CNC technology, while the scanner fleet and XGRID point-cloud system can capture existing profiles, facades and heritage details. A true-to-scale render can be prepared before tooling starts, but visualisation, three-dimensional design work, on-site surveys and measurements are paid services quoted separately; Polure supplies finished products and custom production rather than moulds, machines or raw material.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity depends on the product. The applicable sales unit and any minimum order are shown on the relevant product page and can be confirmed in the written quote.
What are your payment terms, quote validity and lead time?
Payment is 40% in advance, with the balance due on delivery. Prices are provided in a written quote that remains valid for 7 days. The applicable production lead time is stated in the quote.
What happens if products are defective or damaged in transport?
Products with a manufacturing defect are replaced, and there is no time-limited warranty. Inspect the delivery on arrival and record any transport damage on the carrier's document. Photos of the damage should then be sent to Polure.
Do you provide installation services or partnership conditions?
Installation service is assessed according to the project's size and location and is quoted on request. Partnership conditions for distributors, retailers, applicators, contractors and architects are provided on request through a quote or meeting. Specific margins, discounts, payment terms, exclusivity and territory arrangements are not stated in advance.
