Architectural Profiles

Polure Architectural Profiles offer high-performance molding solutions designed for exterior facade embellishment and refined interior wall framing. Precision-molded from rigid polyurethane with a density of 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³), these architectural elements feature structural strength comparable to natural wood while maintaining a low weight. The closed-cell structure keeps moisture absorption below 1%, ensuring immunity against swelling, rot, mildew, and pest infestation in all weather conditions. Operating reliably across extreme temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C, they carry a B2 fire resistance classification. Installation requires a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on wall contact edges and joints, reinforced with countersunk mechanical screws; silicone adhesives are strictly forbidden. Joint lines and screw heads must be sealed with acrylic facade filler and sanded smooth using 180-220 grit paper. Each profile comes factory-prepped with a white acrylic primer, requiring a final coat of UV-resistant exterior paint or water-based interior paint.
