balcony and gallery railings

Balcony and gallery railings are railing systems made up of rail and baluster elements, used both along outdoor balcony edges and along indoor floor-void (gallery) edges. In both cases they create a safety boundary while providing a decorative profile. Polyurethane railings are lightweight and speed up installation; they resist moisture and outdoor conditions, do not crack or swell, and can be painted, so they can be used both on an outdoor balcony and an indoor gallery. Because they are mould-cast, the baluster and rail details repeat identically on every piece, providing an even look along long runs. Installation is done by cladding over a load-bearing core or with a suitable adhesive and dowel support. Polure produces balcony and gallery railings with matching rail, baluster and newel sizes.
