Attic Design

Attic design is the functional and decorative planning of an attic volume shaped by a sloped ceiling and low side walls. Emphasising the ceiling slope with cornice and profiles, giving the space character with beam-look elements, and making use of low walls with panels and wainscoting form the decorative side of the design. Because polyurethane decorative elements are light, they apply to the attic's plasterboard and wood surfaces without adding load and provide flexibility in design. They resist moisture and impact, do not crack or blister, and are paintable. As mould-produced profiles carry the same dimensions and detail on every piece, the design's line continuity is preserved. Polure produces the cornice, coving, beam profile, and wall panels used in attic design in different models.
