facade console support

A facade console support is a decorative polyurethane support element placed beneath eaves, balconies and cantilevers on a building's exterior, giving the look of a load-bearing component. It is produced in corbel and bracket forms and is used on cornices, eave ends and trim above windows. Polyurethane is lightweight and is applied with both construction adhesive and a mechanical connection; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being lighter than stone and wood equivalents, it adds no extra load to the facade and installs faster.
