The P6042 decorative bracket is a high-density polyurethane structural-accent element designed to bring historical depth and architectural definition to premium building facades and interior spaces. Acting as a classic console, this product emulates the heavy, sculpted appearance of traditional stone or hand-carved timber without the associated weight, structural stress, or susceptibility to decay. It is engineered to perform reliably in both interior and exterior environments, providing a substantial visual anchor for projections, beams, or decorative shelves.

Measuring 231 mm in width, 205 mm in depth, and 664 mm in height, this medium-to-large corbel is molded from rigid polymer with a density of 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³). This specific density provides a solid, wood-like hardness that resists impacts and mechanical wear. Thanks to its closed-cell physical structure, the material limits water absorption to under 1%, making it completely impervious to rot, moisture damage, mold, and insect infestations. Additionally, it remains dimensionally stable under temperature fluctuations ranging from -100 °C / +80 °C, preventing warping or cracking over time.

Aesthetically, the P6042 features an ornate design highlighted by a detailed acanthus leaf relief cascading down the main curved profile. This central motif is framed by classical volute scrolls at the upper corners, while the lower body tapers into clean vertical flutings that terminate in a delicate bottom scroll. The high-fidelity molding process ensures that every deep-cut relief and fine line is rendered with sharp, crisp edges, creating striking shadow lines that enhance the architectural character of neoclassical, classical, or Mediterranean-style projects.

This versatile bracket serves numerous practical decorative purposes. On exterior facades, it is commonly placed under balconies, deep roof overhangs, window bays, or decorative pediments to simulate structural masonry supports. In interior design, it is ideal for flanking grand fireplace mantels, supporting deep library shelving, or detailing the intersections where heavy ceiling beams meet the wall. For all outdoor applications, finishing the product with a high-quality, UV-resistant paint is mandatory to prevent discoloration from sunlight.

Compared to heavy plaster, this polymer alternative is exceptionally lightweight and shatterproof, reducing transport damage and simplifying installation. Mounting requires applying polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive to the clean rear surface and securing the unit mechanically with screws, which is mandatory for safety. The factory-applied primer prepares the surface for painting; however, because paint manufacturers often require their own primers for warranty coverage, an additional primer application remains optional. Finish with two coats of water-based or synthetic paint to complete the installation.
