A decorative accessory is the general name for small-scale polyurethane complementary elements used to finish interior surfaces. Elements such as corner pieces, rosettes, motifs and end caps are used to complete and detail cornice, jamb and panel applications. Polyurethane is lightweight and applied directly with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or warp, and is paintable. Because it is mould-cast, every piece comes out with the same clarity and can be painted the same colour as the main profile it is used with.
