decorative soffit trim

A decorative soffit is a polyurethane decoration element applied to the underside of a roof eave or to the façade-eave junction. On façades it is used to emphasise the eave line and to finish the transition with a clean border. The polyurethane material is light and is applied with mounting adhesive together with mechanical fixing; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and takes paint. Unlike a wood eave ornament it holds no water, does not rot and keeps its shape outdoors for years; being light, it makes installation at height easier. Because it is mould-cast, the profile and ornamentation repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces the decorative soffit in a range of section and size options.
