patterned cornice moulding

Patterned cornice moulding is a polyurethane border profile with a relief motif on its surface, fitted along the line where the ceiling meets the wall. In classical and neoclassical interiors it is used to frame the ceiling edge and to conceal lighting. The polyurethane material is lightweight and goes on directly with assembly adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, peel or warp, and can be painted. Compared with plaster equivalents it is lighter, easy to cut and quick to install. Because the relief is mould-formed, the same motif repeats on every piece and the pattern stays continuous at the joints.
