Exterior facade wall cladding is a polyurethane decorative cladding material that fully covers a building's outer wall surface. It is applied in panel or plate form to give the facade texture, pattern or a stone/brick look. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is fixed to the facade with mounting adhesive and mechanical fasteners. It resists moisture, rain and sun; it does not crack, blister or rot and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being far lighter than natural stone or concrete, it adds no extra load to the facade and installs quickly; compared with wood cladding it does not absorb moisture. Because it is mould-produced, the surface texture repeats identically on each piece and texture continuity is kept between panels.
