An exterior facade bracket is a polyurethane corbel element that provides support beneath balconies, eaves, cornices, or projections on a building facade while also acting as a decorative trim. It is typically placed above windows, under balconies, and along eave lines, giving the appearance of carrying horizontal projections. The polyurethane material is lightweight, so it is easy to handle at height on the facade and is applied directly with mounting adhesive. It resists moisture, rain, and sun, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Unlike plaster and wood, it does not absorb moisture, swell, or rot.
