Exterior Facade Balustrade

An exterior facade balustrade is a polyurethane railing element used in front of balconies, terraces, and windows for both safety and decoration. With its newel posts, handrail, and baluster pieces, it creates a classic railing appearance on the facade. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is applied with mounting adhesive and concealed fixings. It resists moisture, rain, and sun, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Unlike plaster and wood, it does not swell from moisture or rot and remains maintenance-free for a long time. Because it is mould-cast, all balustrade pieces repeat the same size and detail. For the structural load-bearing function of the railing, it is recommended to pair it with a suitable steel or concrete frame.
