An exterior facade eaves bracket is a polyurethane element with a decorative support form that acts as a corbel beneath the roof eaves. It is placed at regular intervals along the line where the eaves meet the facade wall, giving a traditional support appearance. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is fitted with construction adhesive and screws; it resists moisture, frost and impact, does not absorb water, crack or blister. It can be painted with exterior facade paint. Unlike a timber equivalent it does not rot or attract insects and needs no maintenance.
