Exterior Facade Surround Crown Element

An exterior facade surround crown element is a polyurethane decorative element that acts as a top finish and accent on the upper edge of a window surround. It is used to complete the surround frame by adding a crowning line above the window. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is easily fitted with construction adhesive and screws; it resists moisture, frost and impact, does not absorb water, crack or blister. It can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being lighter than stone and plaster equivalents speeds up installation on tall facades.
