exterior column cladding
Exterior column cladding is a polyurethane shell element fitted around existing concrete, steel or structural columns to change their appearance. It is applied to load-bearing columns on a facade to give them a classical or plain look. Polyurethane cladding is lightweight and fixed to the column shaft with construction adhesive; it resists moisture, rain and temperature changes, does not crack or blister, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. It installs faster than stone or plaster cladding and adds no extra load to the facade. Because it is mould-cast, the flutes, grooves and profile details repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces exterior column cladding in a range of diameters and shaft designs.
