wall frame moulding

A wall frame moulding is a slim polyurethane moulding used to create rectangular or square frames on a wall. It is applied as horizontal and vertical lines to give a panel effect, build picture-like frames and divide the surface into ordered sections. Polyurethane is lightweight and bonds directly to the wall with construction adhesive; corners are joined with mitred cuts. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell and can be painted in any colour. Unlike its wooden equivalent it is unaffected by moisture and is lighter, making the installation of long mouldings easier. Cast from moulds, the moulding profile is the same along its length, ensuring continuity along the frame edges. Polure manufactures wall frame mouldings in a range of widths and profile options.
