Patterned Polyurethane Wall Border and Frieze Molding

The P2002C is a high-profile decorative wall border designed to bring striking dimensional depth to premium interior and exterior architectural projects. Featuring a prominent 150 mm height and a substantial 53 mm projection, this molding acts as a bold visual anchor. It is ideal for defining wall sections, creating ornate chair rails, or serving as a decorative frieze band below grand ceiling cornices. Its robust dimensions make it particularly suited for spacious rooms and high-ceilinged environments where standard, flat moldings would lose their impact.

Engineered from rigid polyurethane with a high density of 150-220 kg/m³, this architectural element offers the structural feel and durability of hardwood while remaining remarkably lightweight. The closed-cell structure ensures a water absorption rate of less than 1%, helping limit the effects of moisture, rot, and insect damage. With dimensional stability tested between -20 °C and +70 °C, the P2002C maintains its precise dimensions without warping, shrinking, or expanding over time, making it a reliable choice for both humid indoor environments and exposed outdoor facades.

Visually, the P2002C stands out with its intricate, high-relief baroque carvings. The design features a beautifully detailed central cartouche flanked by symmetrical acanthus leaf scrolls. What makes this profile exceptionally unique is its contoured bottom edge, which dynamically follows the organic curves of the relief patterns rather than running in a straight line. This deep 3D carving catches light and shadow beautifully, creating a dramatic architectural statement that flat plaster or MDF alternatives simply cannot replicate.

Compared to traditional gypsum plaster, which is heavy, fragile, and prone to chipping during transport and installation, this polyurethane molding is highly impact-resistant and clean to install. It arrives pre-treated with a factory-applied matte primer, offering a smooth, receptive surface for finishing. Whether integrated into luxury residential salons, boutique hotel lobbies, or used as an exterior accent band, the P2002C delivers an uncompromisingly high-end finish that stands the test of time.
