A wall moulding corner is a decorative polyurethane part used where decorative wall mouldings meet at corners, presenting the angled joint of the mouldings cleanly. Instead of mitre-cutting the mouldings at the corner, it lets them join through a ready-made corner element and is used at the corner points of panel and frame wall layouts. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly with installation adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. Unlike plaster it does not break, unlike wood it is not affected by moisture, and its installation is faster. Because it is mould-cast, the corner pattern stays the same on every piece.
