Industrial polyurethane manufacturing is the process of casting polyurethane raw material into moulds to produce decorative profiles and panels in standard sizes and high volumes. Products such as cornices, jambs, columns, ceiling roses and panels are made by this method. Mould-based production ensures that each piece of a product comes out with exactly the same dimensions and details. The polyurethane pieces produced are lightweight, resist moisture and impact, do not crack or swell, and can be painted; they install faster than their plaster and timber equivalents.
