Exterior Facade Corbel

Polure exterior facade corbels provide classical eaves support detailing, roof overhang brackets, and architectural accent nodes under cornices and balconies. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this facade corbel achieves timber-like structural toughness without rotting or cracking during severe winter freezing or hail. Featuring closed-cell waterproofing with less than 1% water absorption, it prevents water penetration, swelling, and algae growth under harsh weather exposure. Designed to perform reliably in temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C with B2 fire safety compliance, every corbel arrives factory-primed with a white technical acrylic primer. Note that polyurethane facade corbels are strictly DECORATIVE and NON-LOAD-BEARING. Mount using continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear wall contact faces AND top edges, secure with countersunk mechanical screws into wall anchors, fill joints with facade putty, sand smooth (180-220 grit), and paint with elastic exterior UV paint.
