Polure Exterior Pediment Reliefs

Polure exterior pediment reliefs deliver classical architectural crowning ornaments designed for exterior entrance gables, door surrounds, and window head pediments. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these pediment reliefs offer wood-like mechanical strength and impact resistance without cracking under severe weather conditions. Featuring a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they are highly resistant to rain, frost, rot, swelling, and insect infestation. Dimensional stability has been tested between -20 °C and +70 °C, with Class B2 fire safety certification, each pediment comes factory pre-coated with white acrylic primer. Outdoor installation requires applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along contact faces and joining seams (silicone is strictly forbidden), combined with compulsory mechanical screw attachment. Screw holes and joints are filled with facade putty, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with two coats of UV-resistant exterior paint.
