Fluted Wall Column
Polure fluted wall columns feature vertical grooved channels that introduce classical rhythm and grandeur to interior living areas and exterior facade entrance ports. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these half-round column pilasters combine wood-like impact strength with lightweight decorative versatility. Featuring a closed-cell material composition with low water absorption (below 1%), they are resistant to swelling, rot, and mold growth in kitchens, bathrooms, or outdoors. Thermally resilient between -20 °C / +70 °C, each column component has fire class B2 (DIN 4102-1) and arrives pre-primed in factory white acrylic coating. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive paired with mechanical countersunk screws. Lightly sand (180-220 grit) before topcoat painting.
