Hall and corridor decoration is the general name for polyurethane decoration elements such as cornices, mouldings, borders and wall panels used on the walls and ceilings of passage areas. It is used in narrow, long halls and corridors to add interest to surfaces and create a lighting line. Polyurethane is much lighter than plaster or wood; it is cut to size and applied directly to the surface with construction adhesive. It resists moisture and impact, will not crack or swell, and can be painted the same colour as the wall. Because it is moulded, the profile and panel details form a continuous line at the joints.
