Office Building Facade Cladding

Office building facade cladding is an exterior application that uses polyurethane elements such as mouldings, cornices, window sills and string courses on the outer surface of office and commercial buildings to give the facade divisions and relief. It is used to frame windows and doors, emphasise floor lines and bring order to the facade. The polyurethane elements produced for facades are light and apply with mounting adhesive; they resist moisture, frost and impact, will not crack or blister, and can be painted with exterior paint. Being far lighter than stone and concrete, they place no load on the facade and install quickly. As they are mould-cast, the profile details are identical on every piece. Polure produces facade elements in a range of sizes and profile options.
