Commercial facade decoration is the tag describing polyurethane ornamental products used on the exterior surfaces of shops and commercial buildings. Elements such as window surrounds, cornices, arches, columns and facade profiles create a classic or modern accent on the facade. Polyurethane is lightweight; it is applied to the facade with mounting adhesive and a mechanical fixing. It resists moisture, sun and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being lighter than stone and plaster, it adds no extra load to the facade and its installation is fast and clean. Because it is mould-cast, the decorative details repeat identically on every piece.
