Curved Window Casing Manufacturing

Curved window casing manufacturing is the process of producing curved window and door casing profiles from polyurethane using moulds. Moulds are prepared in radii suited to rounded or arched openings, and the profile is cast in these moulds. This keeps the cross-section constant along the curve and lets the pieces join together neatly. The polyurethane material is light, resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted; these properties make the curved casing suitable for exterior facade use. The finished casing is fixed to the wall with adhesive and dowels, lighter and faster to apply than plaster or wood. Polure manufactures curved casings in different radius, width and profile options.
