Arch models are the range of polyurethane arch profiles applied to door, passage and niche openings, varying by radius, width and surface ornamentation. Choices are made among semicircular, flat (elliptical) or pointed arch forms according to the size of the opening and the style of the space. Plain flat-faced models are available alongside ornamented ones. The polyurethane material is light, and because the models are mould-produced the form and detail repeat on every piece; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. It is fixed to the wall with adhesive and dowels, faster to apply than plaster or wood. Polure produces arch models in different radius and width options.
