Classical Pediment Models

Classical pediment models cover the polyurethane design options for the triangular or curved ornamental elements placed over doors and windows or at the top of a facade. A pediment is an element that crowns the top of an opening and emphasizes entrances and windows in classical architecture; it comes in plain triangular, curved and broken (split) varieties. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is applied with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Being lighter than stone and plaster, it is easily mounted at high points such as over doors and withstands moisture on exterior facades.
