classic door frame

A classic door frame is a polyurethane casing and architrave set with classical architectural profiles that surrounds the door opening. Mounted along the edges of the door, it frames the opening and gives the passage an architectural emphasis. The polyurethane material is light and applied directly to the wall with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or warp, and can be painted. Unlike a wooden frame it is unaffected by moisture, and because it is mould-produced the profile details repeat the same on every piece.
