Classic villa exterior facade is the general name for a villa facade dressed in classical style with polyurethane pieces such as window surrounds, cornices, columns and sills. Window and door surrounds, string courses between floors and columns at the entrance are applied to give the facade volume and shadow. Polyurethane is lightweight and fixes directly to the facade with assembly adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being lighter than stone and concrete, it reduces the facade load and speeds up installation. Because it is mould-made, the profiles repeat identically across every piece.
