Luxury Villa Facade Design

Luxury villa facade design is a design approach in which the villa facade is shaped with polyurethane outdoor elements. Window and door surrounds, sills, cornices, columns, arches and facade profiles are combined to define the line of the design. Outdoor polyurethane is lightweight and applies to the facade with mounting adhesive and anchors, requiring no additional load-bearing structure. It resists moisture, sunlight and temperature changes; it does not crack, swell or rot and can be painted any colour with exterior paint. Being lighter than stone and concrete, it eases installation on tall facades and makes trying out different designs practical. Because it is cast in moulds, profile and ornamental details repeat exactly across the facade.
