water-resistant skirting

Water-resistant skirting is a profile that protects and decorates the base line of the wall, made of polyurethane to suit damp areas. In bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor spaces it covers the floor-to-wall joint and protects the wall base from impact and water. Polyurethane does not absorb water and withstands moisture and impact; unlike wood skirting it will not rot or swell, and unlike plaster it will not crack. Being light, it is fixed straight onto the wall base with mounting adhesive and installs in a short time. The surface takes paint, so it adapts to the floor or wall colour. Because it is mould-cast, the cross-section stays the same on every piece. Polure produces water-resistant skirting in a range of heights and profiles.
