Designed with modern architectural aesthetics in mind, this flat-profile baseboard acts as a durable shield protecting your walls from everyday impacts, vacuum cleaner scuffs, and moisture penetration. By bridging the gap between different floor finishes and wall structures, it effectively conceals minor expansion joints and surface irregularities with absolute precision.

With a height of 120 mm and a thickness of 17 mm, this profile offers a balanced proportion suited for standard to high-ceiling rooms. Manufactured from rigid polyurethane with a density of 150-200 kg/m³, the baseboard exhibits a wood-like surface hardness while remaining remarkably lightweight. This density ensures exceptional impact resistance, preventing the denting and chipping commonly associated with softer MDF or plaster alternatives.

Aesthetically, the profile features a clean, minimalist flat face topped with a subtle, soft radius curve that softens the transition to the wall. The smooth, non-porous surface comes factory-pre-primed in a matte white finish. While this factory primer is designed to optimize initial paint adhesion, the application of an additional primer layer is optional and depends entirely on the specific requirements of your chosen paint manufacturer's warranty guidelines.

The physical properties of the closed-cell polymer structure guarantee a water absorption rate of under 1%, making it completely waterproof and immune to rotting, swelling, or warping. It maintains high dimensional stability under varying environmental conditions, with a certified temperature resistance ranging from -20°C up to +80°C. Additionally, the material features self-extinguishing properties, enhancing the passive fire safety of your interior spaces.

For a permanent installation, the profile must be mitered at 45 degrees for corner joints and bonded using a high-quality polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive, supplemented by mechanical screw fastening. Once the adhesive cures, joints are filled, sanded with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with two coats of paint. For any outdoor applications, coating the unpainted PU surface with a UV-resistant paint is mandatory to prevent natural yellowing from solar exposure.
