Neoclassical Facade Ornamentation

Neoclassical facade ornamentation refers to the full set of neoclassical decorative elements applied to a building exterior with classical architectural pieces. Parts such as casings, cornices, columns, corbels and arches are used in a symmetrical layout along the facade. When these elements are made of polyurethane they are lightweight and applied directly with construction adhesive; they resist moisture and impact, do not crack, blister or warp, and can be painted. In facade conditions they are moisture-resistant compared with plaster alternatives and impose less load than stone alternatives. Because they are mould-cast, the ornament details repeat identically on every piece, which gives wide facades a consistent look.
