Neoclassical Interior Architecture

Neoclassical interior architecture is a design approach in which the interior is shaped with classical architectural elements and symmetrical proportions. Elements such as coving, cornices, columns, casings and wall panels are used to create an orderly composition on ceiling and wall surfaces. When these elements are made of polyurethane they are lightweight and applied directly with construction adhesive; they resist moisture and impact, do not crack, blister or warp, and can be painted. Installation is completed faster than with plaster and wood alternatives, and the elements can be painted the wall colour. Because they are mould-cast, the profile and motif details repeat identically on every piece, which provides a cohesive interior architectural composition. Polure produces the cornice, column and panel groups used in neoclassical interior architecture in a range of size options.
