Window crown types are polyurethane top-element options in different forms placed above a window opening to crown the window. Straight, arched, pedimented or corniced crowns are chosen to suit the building's style to emphasise the window top on the facade. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is fixed directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or peel, and can be painted. Being lighter than stone or plaster, they are easy to install at high points on the facade and are not damaged by moisture. As all types are mould-cast, the profile is identical on every piece.
