Polyurethane decorative objects is the general name for polyurethane elements placed on walls and surfaces for single-piece embellishment. Rosettes, medallions, figures and embossed ornaments fall within this scope; they are used as accent elements around a ceiling rose, at cornice corners or on a bare wall. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, will not crack, swell or split, and takes paint well. Compared with plaster objects they travel without breaking and install easily, and unlike wood they are unaffected by moisture. Because they are mould-cast, the detail of every piece is identical.
