polyurethane log cap

A polyurethane log cap is a circular polyurethane piece shaped like a tree-trunk cross-section that closes the top of a log-form element or is used on its own. It is used as a log-top table, a display surface or a decorative cap; it features in indoor rustic arrangements and outdoor garden decor. The polyurethane material is light and easy to carry and place; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister, peel or rot, and can be painted. Unlike a real wood section, it is unaffected by moisture and insects and is long-lasting outdoors. Because the ring texture on the surface is mould-cast, it repeats identically on every piece.
