Polyurethane Precast Systems

Polyurethane precast systems are an application whole in which polyurethane panels, profiles and decorative elements are used together to create an integrated precast appearance on facades and walls. Elements such as surrounds, cornices, sills, panels and columns are planned together to give the facade a tidy, concrete or stone precast-effect shell. The elements are fixed directly to the surface with construction adhesive and screws. The polyurethane material resists moisture and outdoor weather conditions, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being far lighter than concrete precast systems places no extra load on the structure and makes handling and installation easier. Since the elements are mould-produced, the dimensions and details repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces precast system elements in mutually compatible profile and size options.
